Built for assisted stretching

The operating system for stretch studios and practitioners.

Schedule clients, deliver home programs, track range of motion, generate Letters of Medical Necessity, and accept HSA/FSA payments — all in one app. Built for FST, SMFR, NASM SFC, and LMT professionals.

Designed with stretch practitioners in Virginia · Launching pilot Summer 2026

The problem

Your software wasn't built for stretch.

Mindbody

Built for yoga studios. You're paying for class scheduling you don't use.

Vagaro

Built for salons. Your clients want progress, not gift cards.

Acuity + ClinicSense + Stripe + Google Sheets

Five tools, $250+/month, none talk to each other.

You need software built for what you actually do.

Features

One app, the whole stretch workflow.

A homework library built for stretch.

  • Drag stretches with description, diagram, and video onto a session.
  • Homework carries forward automatically — clients see continuity.
  • Customers mark stretches complete in their app.

Track real progress with Range of Motion.

  • 8 FST-standard movements — shoulder, hip, trunk, ankle, left and right.
  • Degrees plus pain rating per assessment.
  • Baseline at intake, snapshot every session, trend chart over time.
  • Customers see their own improvement chart in their portal.

The retention story your clients will brag about.

Hip flexion (R)120° → 138° +18°
Hip flexion (L)118° → 134° +16°
Shoulder flexion (R)155° → 172° +17°

HSA/FSA-eligible payments, native to the app.

  • One-tap Letter of Medical Necessity download for any client.
  • Sessions become HSA/FSA eligible — clients save up to 30%.
  • No third-party route through Truemed or Flex — it's in the app.

For practitioners

Built with FST practitioners, NASM SFC coaches, and LMTs offering stretch.

We were stitching together Acuity for booking, ClinicSense for notes, Stripe for billing, and Google Sheets for ROM. Limber put it in one place — and the ROM trend chart is the single best retention tool I've ever shown a client.

Leaving the franchise

Switching from ClubReady? You're not alone.

ClubReady runs StretchLab and Stretch Zone. If your franchise agreement is ending — or you're an independent practitioner who never wanted to be locked into 2010-era software — Limber is built for where you're going next.

What ClubReady users actually say

It looks like it was made in 1999 and hasn't been touched since. For staff, there are so many buttons you have to click, just to perform one single action.

The reporting is way off, and very onerous to schedule providers as you can not customize per week but changes entire scheduling system; system frequently goes down and there have been instances of data changing/switching of members which is alarming and worrisome.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

I'm a current StretchLab or Stretch Zone franchisee — can I use Limber?

Your franchise agreement likely requires ClubReady today. But franchise contracts end, and the industry is changing fast — Xponential Fitness is currently in a strategic review. If you're independent, planning to go independent, or just want to know what's out there for when your contract is up, we'd love to talk. Founder's Circle members get free migration assistance.

When does Limber launch?

Public launch in Summer 2026. Founder's Circle starts now with limited spots.

How is this different from Mindbody?

Mindbody is built for yoga and group fitness — stretch is an afterthought. Limber is purpose-built: drag-and-drop homework, range-of-motion tracking, native LMN/HSA-FSA workflow.

Will there be a mobile app?

Yes — iOS and Android apps ship within 60 days of public launch, built on Expo so the experience is identical across devices.

Do you integrate with Google Calendar?

Two-way sync for practitioners. iCal feed for clients.

Is my client data HIPAA-protected?

Limber is a wellness platform, not a clinical EHR. We follow strong security practices (encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, tenant isolation). For practitioners with HIPAA obligations, we offer a BAA on our Growth and Multi-Site plans.

Can I migrate data from Mindbody / Vagaro?

Yes — the first 50 Founder's Circle studios get free white-glove migration.

What payments do you support?

Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay at launch. PayPal and Venmo come in v2 on the web.
